Event & Workshops
* Registration fees per participant is Rs 100 /- if he/she wishes to participate in any single event.
* Registration fees per participant is Rs 175/- if he/she wishes to participate in more than one event.
* Registration fees per participant for workshops is as follows:
Winning With Web : Rs:290/-
Matlab : Rs:380/-
Autovaganza : Rs:380/-
Accommodation
* Accommodation shall be provided at a cost of Rs 100/- per participant.
* Accommodation will be provided separately for boys and girls at different partner institutions. Detailed tariff list will be put up shortly on the website. Kindly keep a tab on the updates for the same.Accommodation will be provided from the day of start of fest till it gets over.
* Participants should note that they will be required to share accommodation. Requests for individual rooms or any other complaints in this regard will not be entertained. Also the accommodation will be restricted only to the students.
* All participants are required to carry their college identity cards. The participants are also expected to follow certain Rules and Regulations to help us maintain the right kind of festive atmosphere in the institute.
* All essential facilities are present inside the campus.
Steps to be followed for Registering for an event:
* Register on the site by filling up the registration form. You will have a user id and password at the end of this step. You will also be allotted a unique number called a THINK NUMBER. Please remember this since this number will referred in all future interactions with you.
* Login by entering the user id , password. You will be shown a menu wherein you select the events you want to participate in.
* You may check the status of your registrations for respective events, by clicking on status button.
* You should make the payment by DD, in favour of Principal, SDMCET, payable at Dharwad.
* You should post the DD to Prof Nita K, CSE DEPT, SDMCET, Dhavalgiri, DHARWAD.
* After we receive your DD we will confirm your registration and payment which you can verify in the status of your THINK account.
Note : Your registration will not be confirmed until we receive the payment either in form of DD or cash.
* Please specify your name, college and THINK number at the back of the Demand draft.
The management reserves the right to update/add/remove any details without prior intimation.
