Calibrate           

Events or inputs to the system are expected to generate specific results or outputs. Any unexpected or undesirable behavior is a symptom. If you think you can diagnose the symptom and identify the trouble in that system, then Calibrate is the place for you! If you love playing with circuits and if you think you can rectify a malfunctioning system to make it work, then stop thinking and just enroll your name for the event! Logical, problem solving skills and some Electronic concepts are likely to be tested here.

Structure of the event:

1)WRITTEN ROUND

This round consists of 25 questions carrying one mark each. 20% weightage will be given to this round’s performance during evaluation.

2)TABLE ROUND

This round consists of 10 objects carrying 5 marks each. The participants will have to find out the faults without altering the circuit.70 % weightage will be given to this round’s performance during evaluations.

3)ORAL ROUND

This is a visual round of 5 questions carrying 5 marks each .Here the participant will be shown a faulty object, in which he has to trace faults.10% weightage is given to this round.


The team which scores the highest marks will be adjudged as the winners of the contest.

Team Rules:

1. The team can consist of a maximum of three members.

2. The team members should belong to the same institution.

3. All team members should carry their id cards along with them for the contest.

4. All the team members have to undergo the above three rounds as a team not individually.
